A unique experience of Camel Library, which works in the Paleri area which is 40km away from Gwadar. There are two camel libraries which cover almost 10 villages in the surroundings of Paleri. Mr. Ismail Yaqoob who works with Alif Laila Library Lahore is supervised the whole procedure.

For one day a week, Camel Library goes to a village, and then the next weekday it will go and get the book back. A new book will be released. Whichever village he goes to for one day of the week, then he goes to the same village on that day and receives the book. As a gift, a copy and pencils are given to the children who are asked questions about the book and give the correct answer.

There was no education above primary in this area and the girls who were there were sitting at home and it was difficult to get further education. Now, they deliver books to these girls. They sit at home and read it. Coming next week, they give them the second book and that’s why awareness came among these people. The children have benefited a lot from this. They are provided knowledge and KHUDII will also send them clothes, medicines, and whatever else is needed in the same places on the pattern of the camel library.
