The consequences of good deeds are always virtuous. When a person (Mr. Hoot Bakhshullah) bears the education expenses of a poor brilliant student for the betterment of his area and makes an example for others to promote education in the coming days. After a long time, that student came back to his area after completing his studies and getting experience from Karachi to serve his area by leaving big opportunities. Nowadays, he is supervising a medical project of Hoot Bukhshullah Welfare Trust, Gwadar. In this medical unit tests, medicines, blood bank, and gynecology facilities are free.

People of Gwadar believe that if the youth stay here, this area will develop, and if the youth leave it will become backward day to day. Abdul Ghafoor Hoot is the Chairman of Hoot Bakhsh Ullah Welfare Trust. Hoot Bakhshullah died in 2012, he left two ambulances to the facilities of people when there was no ambulance service in this area. At present, they have 5 ambulances. The chairman registered the trust as Hoot Bakhsullah Welfare Trust with the logo of crutches “Baisakhi”; it does not have weight but it helps. (Service to mankind is our motto, service to humanity and religion is our faith).

Apart from the health wing, they provide transport facilities i.e. ambulance services to patients and the deceased. They provide religious services to Masaajid (mosques) to construct minarets, place tiles, construct washrooms, and ablution areas, and provide mats. They serve in Khuzdar, Karachi, and Iran as well. They give stipends, rations, and clothes to 200 registered families who have no source of income. Three institutions are running under the sponsorship in such a way that no one knows.

All the workers who are working in this trust are volunteers. This huge system is running without any donation system, it works only on a self-help basis. They are arranging medical camps for Eye treatment due to a greater number of patients. They are providing the best services in their areas, and the winning example of which is Hoot Bakhshallah Welfare Trust Gwadar.
